 Blaine County Sheriff Office is a progressive Public Safety agency responsible for the protection of all citizens in Blaine County, by providing for the preservation of peace on our streets and neighborhoods, a safe and secure detention center, and the security of our courts. The Mission Statement of the LSPD
The mission of the Los Santos Police Department is to enhance the performance and professional status of law enforcement personnel by providing a credible and proven efficient law enforcement service.

The LSPD is one of the best law enforcement departments for its steady development of effective tactics and information to exchange with other law enforcement agencies and departments all over the state.

The Department's ultimate goal is to improve public safety and domestic security through training, education and tactical excellence to protect the city of Los Santos while also working with other policing departments outside of The City of Los Santos to help keep the rest of the state safe.

The LSPD Officers and Staff operate in accord with the principles of “Truth, Honesty, and Integrity to Protect, and to Serve.”. We also try to maintain our department's high participation to help the communities of Los Santos to help improve our quality of life while still keeping our department's high ethical standards to also maintain our public confidence to keep our officers with high spirits while also keeping attacks on our officers and the officers throughout the state low.

The LSPD establishes Standards to serve as an efficient core set of concepts, principles, and policies to standardize and enhance the delivery of law enforcement services throughout the state of San Andreas.
